Valerie Yoga, weaving together a delicious, eclectic blend of
hatha yoga styles. Also specializing in yoga for stress
management.
Judith is a master
teacher and works with each student’s individual needs. She
welcomes people of all ages and ability levels, teaching
easy-to-learn sequential movements, yoga poses, and breathing
exercises. She provides expert advice on postural alignment and
the health benefits of the poses. Compassion, encouragement, and
a calming approach are Judith’s gifts to every class. |

Gentle
Yoga
An introduction for
beginners and those looking for a relaxing experience. Calm the
mind and strengthen the body gently. Improve flexibility,
focus, balance, and posture. Learn easy yoga breathing and
stress management tools for everyday living.
Women’s
Class
A mixed-level class
designed for women only. Gentle yoga for the first 30 minutes
followed by strengthening poses and deep relaxation.
Strengthening Yoga
A more vigorous class for those wanting variety and challenge.
Working dynamically, with a steady intent and mindfulness
creates health benefits in profound ways. Energizes, empowers,
and increases the capacity for deep relaxation. |
